Ryu Mei Company Ltd is a Japanese company, and all purchased items are shipped from Kobe, Japan.

Ryu Mei's shipping services are provided by Japan Air Postal, SAL or China EMS. All shipping rates are calculated based on package gross weight, size, and locations. All shipping and handling fees are included in the shipping fees. Insurance and tracking services are offered only to certain conditions, please read the Shipping Service and Description below for more information.

Our shipping charges are also based on the currency exchange rate. We may change our shipping rate as new currency exhange rate fluctuates more than 10%.

RETURN POLICY

Ryu Mei will replace customer's product if and only if the followings happened:
1) Product with defect such as tear, cut, hole evidently shown on item.

2) Product received is different from the product shown on invoice. We do not replace any item that is different from images online. Warning: Images online can look different or distorted from actual product due to lighting, brightness, contrast and color changes while camera photo taking. Due to quality of the photo product may differ slightly.

3) Number of products ordered or shown on invoice does not match the number of products received.

4) Product will be replaced only within 1 month after the receipt of the package.

Returns and Cancellations policy stating cooling off period. The “cooling off” period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not.
