Product Description

Dan Cong has a long tradition tea dating back to 900 years ago. It is believed that a specimen of the Shui Xian tea plant strains have been carefully selected to breed as Dan Cong's tree. A single trunk tree that rises tall and straight up, and with branches that open out like an umbrella.

Feng Huang(Phoenix) Dan Cong was also an Imperial tribute tea during the Song dynasty.

Other names include Feng Huang Select, Phoenix Select, Huang Zhi Xiang Dan Cong, Yellow Bark Dan Cong

Natural floral aroma. It has a delightful taste, honey flavor and strong aftertaste. Suitable for multiple infusions.
