| Quantity 7g for every 180cc of serving. Steeping Steeped 1 minutes for 1st steeping, 10sec for 2nd steeping. Temperature 70°C (160°F) Water Mineral Water is highly recommended. Hard water will result in a flat taste while distilled water without any mineral will brew a tasteless tea. |
